“Didn't return Car! - Left stranded. NO phone call. ”

This was the first time I have used your service and it was horrible!  Truly horrible.

I was left stranded at my office!  The car was not delivered back to me and not even a phone call to let me know.  I had to get my wife to arrange child care to come and get me in the evening. My wife had to go into work late and drop me at work the following day.  My car was still not there!

I expressed my displeasure to your office and was told they would call me in 5 minutes to let me know where my car was.  30 minutes later - no call.  I called again and was told it will arrive 'shortly' .  I said I was deeply unhappy with the service and asked for a manager to call me which I was told would happen.  I'm still waiting......

When the car finally arrived the representative from Swanley garage said it was the fault of S4S as they were not given a contact phone number for me.  I then pointed out to the not very bright chap that my number was on the booking form which was in his hand!  He then said they called that number but I did not answer.  Lie after lie.

Worst service ever and when I get time I will let my thoughts be known in every way I can.
