“Pathetic sales support”

Even after reading so many bad reviews I thought I will approach Unicornpay for payment gate way. Prior to that I spoke to Cartpays, Intechpay and couple of private banks, everybody were ready to support and process the request even though our site was in beta version (95% completed), after submitting the beta link and existing website link all the payment gateways perfectly understood our situation and those who were at the supporting companies had common sense to understand the existing website will be replaced with new one in the same domain with the same products. But to my surprise Unicorpay support person, even after I tried to make her understand how other gateways are providing support, told me this is not our issue correct it and come back and it is Unicornpay not any other payment gateway. I don’t know how they are going to provide support if there is any transaction issues or technical. So I decided not to choose them for my company. They should train their employees to handle the clients first.
