“i wish I'd never used these people!”

Where do I start! I initially rang these people to make initial enquiries re purchasing a 7 x 5 shed. I was immediately offered a delivery date of three days later, without asking with the option of paying extra for a limited time delivery. I went ahead on line. The shed arrived and was promptly dumped in my alleyway no more than 6 steps to my garden. I paid for installation so rang them. They knew nothing about it and said I shouldn't have been offered a delivery date by them. I am now waiting 3 weeks for installation. They REFUSE to accept any fault and instead either blame you or do not answer emails. No answer as to why I, a 64 year old woman had to drag the wretched thing into my garden. Driver discretion, my foot! I have been close to tears through this whole process. The panels look flimsy and I hope they have all been delivered. How do I know one panel from another? PLEASE tread carefully.
