“O2 insurance brilliant”

I decided if my insurance claim turned out to be the opposite of these bad reviews then I would come here and leave a review. Not that I doubt it would anyways. I've been with o2 ONLY 3 years and claimed 3 times on my insurance, with each claim turning out to be super fast, efficient and smooth. All were accidental damaged claims. If you READ the terms and conditions after you've applied for your insurance you would of seen that MOST of you complaining would need to pay and excess fee! I accidentally smashed my 2 week old iPhone 7 plus on a Wednesday, phoned o2 customer service and explained what happened, I was put through to the insurance department who asked what happened & I explained. I was given the regular read through and told my phone would be picked up the next day, which would've been Thursday. o2 insurance received my phone on Friday and guess what? I got a brand new replacement on Saturday. Honestly, no waiting time in between and the same thing happened with my previous claim, they all went smoothly! Why I was worried? I only had both the insurance and my phone for 2 weeks & I haven't made my first payment yet, regardless of that. I was still covered. Thanks to o2 and their insurance team! So guys don't let the negative reviews scare you.
