17 11 2016 around 11.00. PAYMENT in front at home. everything oke BUT women at the airport let me pay 9 euro extra. WE already payed in front the adress was the same she said I had to. I asked a recied she searched but could not find any , put it on a post it. Not good, The price was set when I did the reservation. But what to do? We payed it was only one way ticket and then 9 euro extra and on a post it??

Price is price, agreement is agreement.
