I opened a Nationwide FlexDirect account and the cashback was tracked & verified and gone through the whole process several months ago. However, almost 6 months after Quidco continually stating that It would be paid by a specific date it has still not been!
After contacting Quidco Support after 6 months they simply state "I have just checked your transaction again and I can confirm that everything is currently going through the normal process. Please be assured that as soon as we have any information regarding your cashback we will be in touch"
Obviously neither Quidco or Nationwide are interested in helping or providing Cashback!
I feel particularly deceived and mislead by both Quidco and Nationwide.
Don’t bother to open this Nationwide FlexDirect account through Quidco as you won’t get the cashback!
