“Absolutely Disgraceful ”

Me and my partner moved into a rented property in Wakefield on a 6 month contract basis. When we arrived the carpets had stains on them, the shower door was bent allowing water to flood the bathroom, and there were pain splashed all over the carpets from the redecoration before entering the property. On our exit, they tried to charge us for the carpets (even though we had hired a vax cleaner) they charged us £45 for cleaning a few surfaces, and also £50 for minor pin holes on the walls where we had hung a few frames (even though these marks were there when we arrived). Absolutely appalled at the service, even liaised with the director who did absolutely nothing. Overall I feel cheated out of most of my deposit.
