I would definitely advise anyone wishing to let a property to AVOID Haart at all costs. They are terrible to deal with and have so many different people and departments to speak to who just fob you off and tell you different things. I have lost almost £3,000 in rent arrears and have had to pay over £1500 to get my property back into a lettable state. Additionally, my neighbours have had to put up with very poor tenants who have caused no end of trouble. I would not advise anyone to use Haart. Both head office or Milton Keynes branch. Wouldn't even give them 1 star!! �
