I would like to begin with the fact that I have been a Snappy Snaps loyal customer for 8 years. Unfortunately, their London Bridge branch had to close down. So, after coming back from a wonderful holiday in Tunisia, I took all 13 rolls of film to the Clapham Junction branch.

When I came to collect the prints, they simply looked awful. The color and contrast balance was all wrong. The images of the desert we took in the evening were all pale, bleached out and colorless.

I mentioned this to Snappy Snaps and they replied that it was in fact my camera's fault and that the batteries were running low. I own a professional Nikon camera and had just bought new batteries before going away.

They simply replied: "Then you take these prints and don't use us again!"

The Snappy Snaps Head Office said that it was an issue between them and myself and that they have no involvement in this.

This is the last time I have used any Snappy Snaps service, which is evidently non-existent.
