Good Points
Close to all Benidorm has to offer.

Bad Points
Staff, service, food.

General Comments
What a disappointment since my last visit in 2004. This hotel has gone downhill FAST. Poor food, poor cleaning, poor staff service. In my opinion there are much better hotels in Benidorm than this.
