Have just called IGLU and spoken to our sales person Jamal, worst customer service ever, I was unhappy that our holiday felt thrown together having been offered a flight that got us to a hotel for a 3 hr stay when we had paid for a night !! This agent was so rude, speaking over me, not letting me talk, no customer concern at all, then said that I could speak to a manager and put me on hold for so long that I had to hang up. I have been through IGLU several times before and never again, if this is the customer service they give I will take my customer else where
