“Quite shocking...”

I sent my mobile to this company for recycling (they currently still have it). The phone works perfectly with a minor scratch (wear and tear) on the bottom corners. Because of this the quote went from £57 to £20.

Luckily I took photographs of the phone before I posted it (as I always do) and I asked for them to send photographic evidence of the damage that resulted in the reduction. 4 emails later and still no proof or real reasoning. Just a generic message saying I can pay £6.99 for the phone to be returned. Why should I pay £6.99 on postage when standard or even recorded delivery in a jiffy bag would be half the cost?

Shocking company so try to steer well clear!
