I shopped on this branch on a regular basis but on 2 consecutive occasion,dated 29/10/2016 at 16:24 and on 05/11/2016 at 18:54,one thing for sure that this branch should improve is the way all the cashier are working on the 29th there are only 2 cashier on the till and most of those other staff are just chatting or talking at the back for no apparent reason why ,then on the 5th the cashier who serves me keep on chatting with her colleagues with other stuff without paying attention ,just scan the items and reality this branch need more of customer focus type of people working thereat seems they are just there to work just to work with no dedication of their job, interaction and paying attention to your customer is essential as most of them just need to leave and pay their purchased items, its a good branch to choose as most are branded items at reduced priced but it doesn't meant staff should be not customer focus.
i hope customer service will improve on this branch,i usually shop in hammersmith branch coz there are so many choices on that branch and staff are friendly to help too.
also why we have to go upstair to pay ,why can't they have a one or two tills downstair for ease of payment.
