“Bad Customer Service”

I phoned British gas asked about the low user rate as i got it last year,
they said i used to much gas to qualifie to receive it. I then told them about the gas leak that happened after they moved the pipe as it was leaking for about six months it was a small leak they fixed it but all that gas still went through the meter. He said it's a compeling argument gave me a number to call  I was given this numer earlier the morning I told him the number was not working he said that i was wrong he put me on hold then said the number works fine so i tryed again after 20-30 more times still the number was not working they have no care for anyone.
There staff are rude insulting and arrogunt, they need retraining.
I'am now looking to change my surplier, I've been with them for 20+ years now no longer.I dont no why putting less money this year makes the the gas more useable by them.I feel that there is something not right about this for sure, but being dishonest to loyal customers is cruel and unfair.They feed you with any rubbish just to keep you quiet. They treat you as though you are thick. Mean while they are getting away with things, and nothink is happening to stop this way that british gas treat there customers.
