I booked a glotech engineer to come to see my broken washing machine. I booked an appointment on-line and took the day off work. I was then called to say the engineer couldn't make that day so it had to be the following day.
I had filled in the fault in-line so expected the engineer to be prepared with any parts.
The problems was diagnosed exactly as I had filled out on-line, however, the parts were not with him and would be 3 days to order!!!!!
What's the point in an on-line form!!!!!!!!!!!
Disgusting service and will use a local independant engineer in the future. This will be better financially and will get sorted much quicker!!!
