We are a local business sent flowers to our co worker as her husband passed away. they were wrong, delivered late,sent to the neighbors, yet to have received them its been 13 days. customer service wanted to refund just the 3.45fee. suggested the grieving recipient go to neighbors house to find them! wish there was a NO STAR OPTION because I feel wronged.as of now no resolution to situation.
