HQHair in years gone by USED to have excellent service with prompt communication after placing orders and speedy delivery. Now you have to literally beg them to give you updates and ask when the items you purchase will be delivered, because there is zero communication. When you log in to your account it states that the order is being processed and it appears that dispatch is the day after you place an order. Well with my latest order, I am still waiting 9 working days later for dispatch! Perhaps there is new management, because the company NOW compared to a few years back is like chalk and cheese.
