“Greyhound has better planes and service to Europe ”

I normally fly B.A. To Europe and have flown all classes of service long and short haul....... I don't even want to waist my time on commenting on flight services and how old my planes were on my last trip from Lisbon to Los Angeles via Philadelphia.
There wasn't even a inflight movie service......
I have flown on all classes of airlines .
As Americans we expect better standards....... Maybe we should start with our airlines.....,you claim to be the largest airline in the world?
Then set better standards ....... Yes even in coach.
Both my flights were awful, things were old and worn and almost third world........ I'm a very proud American and I buy American, I want to support everything anerican, ........ You guys have to do some changes...... I'm in the hospitality business and feel that I won't be recommending your company any time soon
