I tried to book tickets for my daughters family for a visit.There was no option to check that they might need extra time in boarding with a small child, so I checked other.They sent my daughter an email asking her to reply as to what her 'other' boarding need was but the URL was a "do not reply". So her emails kept getting kicked back. She tried calling but couldn't get through to an agent. She tried going on line but was unable to update their reservation. I tried calling & finally got through to them this morning! When I explained the situation, they informed me that it was no problem to fix it & confirm the reservation but now the tickets were $1,000 MORE!!!! I cancelled the reservation & am waiting for my refund. I've contacted my credit card company (who is awesome) and they will be going after them if they don't comply. This is the last time I will use this company!
