The long and the short of it is ...... first I had a mark on the footend of this bed , in total 4 men came out to look at this mark , then one of them steamed it then brushed it and this made it worse , then i was tilting to one side, then my head was lower than my feet then i had sqeeks ! and was told the sides were flexing and there was nothing more they could do , so lots of men looking at the problems i had with this bed, they gave me a refund on this bed and i bought another bed- a divan in the glasswells sale so they took my faulty bed down and bought the new divan base, i was told the faulty bed had been put up wrong , the base was upside down , the screws were put underneath and should of have been put on the side , no washers were used !! it was a shambles !! the delivery men were late as i had a slot between 2-4 they came 430 i had to go out so i left them in my house with my partner who was watching tv , i told the men any problems he is here . when i return there was what i thought mud on my bottom step of my carpet it wouldn't come off so then i smelt it and it was dog muck !!as i went upstairs up on my landing more was to be seen and then in my bedroom there was some , all in the shapes of L so its off a corner of something - i was there when they bought the first half of the divan up stairs and it was covered in polythene so i think the next half of the divan was rested in some dog much on a corner of the bed - i don't own a dog so i don't know where it came from ? but the men definitely bought the dog muck in from somewhere !? i was offered £50 from Glasswells to cover the cost of cleaning my carpet !!!! this was an insult and i feel the whole situation has been handled very unprofessionally and feel that i have got no where for all the trouble i have had, no one has been any help ! so i wont ever be going in that shop again !
