I send a working iPhone 5 in the most flimsy plastic envelope you provided and if my magic I get a report back saying it's now faulty and my agreed money is reduced to a much lower level, it was working fine when it left me!!!. I also sent at the same time a iPad 3 which was broken/faulty. I stated it was 16gb when I knew it was a 32gb just to test this system. Do you know you didn't pick that one up and you didn't adjust the payment inline with a faulty 32gb price. No I'm not happy as if and when you send a working item through a postal service that do not give a hoot about what's in it.
I find it difficult to see why you do not send bubble wrap envolpes instead of plastic flimsy unsuitable one. This I think is why you play on the unsuitable envolpe so things do get damaged and you can issue lower than agreed prices. Sorry but it's as obvious to me as night comes after day.
