“Waste of time”

Don't bother using these guys, they take too long to do anything, have no communication ability & cant find PPI on accounts despite sending them statements which show the PPI payments.
I have since claimed against policies they said had no PPI or would offer no payout & have received payments, just for spending time doing what they say they do for you!
