“Still waiting after water damage claim”

Early August had a water leak that came through kitchen ceiling, destroying my kitchen ceiling, tiling, fitted kitchen. I had leak repaired, and got quotes for ceiling and kitchen repairs as requested. Saga decided to send out their own surveyor to confirm damage as quotes were quite high. Still no repairs done even though they were going to give go ahead 3 weeks ago. I am cold have no ceiling, half a kitchen. I have heart and lung failure and really would like a service that I have paid for. Shocking service, they tried to get two lots of excess, no one has a clue what to do at this firm... Avoid at all costs, ombudsman next call for me.
