“Apparently too outgoing”

Being led to believe in having the role resulted in the following
-reception doesnt answer calls
-consultants not calling back
-being told I was unprofessional throughout the process.
-i admited to them that i have depression and they said i was unsuccessful because i was too outgoing... huh???
