Currently going through the process of an application to rent a house with them. Collectively me and my partner are paying more then now then what we would be if we moved in this house but we still have to go through the guarantor route as they want 30x as much income coming into the house for rent.
We unsure on some of the first application processes but no one in the office seems to pick up or ring me back regardless of leaving messages, no reply to emails,however they were quick to take the application fee off me.
So far i do not understand what we have paid for, all they have done is sent us forms we're not entirely sure how to fill out but we've got no support or means of advice. So we're pretty convinced these forms are incorrect which will result in a rejection which means I've just thrown away £360+ for the sake of 2 emails... the whole ordeal has been stressful where I'm feeling sick to my stomach and unable to eat. This has ruined the excitement I felt to start a new life with my partner in a house that's our own. I wouldn't go though this again.
