“Terrible Company, AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

We are a property management company and we interested in changing 1 of the phone lines, which operates the electric gates at an apartment block, eventually, got it through to the staff member exactly what i needed and were they able to provide it.
I opted for the pre-pay 1 year line rental in advance and the invoice arrived in the post a couple day later and their terms stated i had 14 days to pay to it.
Next day they rang me looking immediate payment and i stated the invoice terms state di had 14 days to pay. However, my the apartment block is a dormant company they then wanted my home address and details to secure the line, ( which was being in advance) when i refused they started getting 'tetchy' with me. Never have i ever had to supply my personal details to secure a phone line for any of my developments, even with BT!!! Eventually i agreed my own company, could act as guarantor for them, but still that was not good enough for them, as the address were the same... however, i agreed i would pay the fee the next day when i got back to the office, but didn't get it paid until the next working day after that.
I decided to email the company and query why they were being so aggressive in requiring my home details etc, only for them to turn round and say ok,. we are not going to proceed with the contract, have your money back.
They also then stated they didnt think i would have the authority to take out the contract, which i confirmed i had.

The whole attitude of this company is so terrible, i am glad i discovered the real side of them before committing to further business with them.

My advice, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS,
