I went with knowledge academy because they seemed to be the most reasonably priced for VMware. I was promised an exam voucher by their sales team if I signed up immediately, which I did, but this did not transpire (which didn't surprise me).
The tutor was terrible, during the week, I had to help with HIS understanding of the course, which at times was unbearable. I'm very slow to anger but as an IT contractor who took the week off work and paid for the course myself I was extremely frustrated and stressed out with it.
The only other guy on the course left after we were without internet for a full day and we were unable to do any work. We are IT professionals so their tackling of the issue and lack of any updates was complete incompetence.
I voiced my issues multiple times but received nothing back. Not wasting my time with them anymore, I'll just steer anyone ever looking for a course right away from this organisation.
