“absolutely rubbish service”

took nearly two weeks before it was even dispatched. I had emails not answered and calls to there 0800 telephone went to answerphone at 3:30pm.
They then shipped the item next day after I told them not to bother as I had bought the item elsewhere. I cannot even be bothered to return the item as I know it will just end up costing me more time and money, I wouldn't spend another penny with CNF Outdoors even if they were the only company to have an item I really wanted. When they did respond to my emails they couldn't even be bothered to apologise regarding the order being misplaced. All in all save your £5.95 postage and go with a company that offers free postage and your purchase will probably arrive a lot quicker.
