“CONSISTENT LEVELS OF SERVICE”

I changed providers some years ago when my regular trip organisers, Trailfinders, became inflexible. I have therefore used DAF for about 7 years, always dealing with the same agent. Whilst my main flight booking each year has always been to Thailand, I have also used them to plan trips, for example USA multi flights and holiday flights to other locations. I have always used the same agent, because he can be relied upon to find the best deals at the right price and routing, down to his experience. He can arrange flexibility on return flights that I have not experienced from other agents, which itself saves money on moving flight dates, which I have to do every year, but which still means I get a great deal on flight price. I am not naive enough to think that DAF are the only option I have and I always check around before booking, but never find comparable prices to go along with the ticket flexibility I require. I assume that this is down to the buying power of DAF with the airlines.
Also 2 weeks ago, I needed to change a flight package whilst already at the destination (Central America). I was able to do this with my agent, who gave me various options and it was completed via email.
I have recommended my agent to friends and family and have received positive feedback from them. I really hope the levels of customer service remain at the high levels I have experienced over the years.
