“Above and beyond a great company!”

I've loved everything about zooplus since I started shopping with them. Their prices are generally unbeatable. I LOVE that they use DPD (Yodel is rubbish). Everything is always straight forward and timely. Recently I stocked up on a bunch of cat food which obviously meant about 3 weeks later my cat didn't like it any more. I tried for months to get her to eat it with no luck. Finally I broke down and contacted Zooplus to see if I could return the food under the manufacturer's guarantee and they overwhelmingly shocked me with their answer. Even though about 6 months had gone by, they said they would refund me the amount for all the food, and instead of shipping the food back to them I should donate it to a local shelter. So because of my cat's being cats I got my money back and one of the little rescue centers near me is getting a ton of quality food! Could not recommend them enough!
