“Never again!”

Could not tell the company the time we actually wanted to be picked up. Only allowed to state the arrival of our flight which was 855 Saturday morning in Barcelona. The flight arrived 20 minutes early. It took 1 1/2 hours to get through customs and 20 minutes to pick up our luggage. I did not have service on my cell phone. My friend had cell service. Tried calling the phone number on my voucher without success. We were in a foreign country and not aware that we were not supposed to to use the first 2 numbers of the phone number given to us. Looked for 50 minutes for our pick-up driver. Finally found a taxi to take us to the hotel and the price was a lot cheaper.

The concierge at the hotel informed us not to use the first 2 numbers of the phone number given to us. The gentleman I spoke to at World Airport Transfer was very rude and would not let me get a word in edgewise. He stated a driver was there from 9-10 am and that I should have called the number. Tried to explain that we were going through customs. I asked him why their company didn't allow for the time us to go through customs and pick up our luggage. (I was not permitted to give the company a reasonable pick-up time.) He just kept yelling that the driver gave us a free half hour. He actually stated my friend should have tried to find the driver while we going through customs. Doesn't make sense.

I would not have gotten so mad and irritated if the gentleman I talked to wasn't so rude and unreasonable. I called my credit card to dispute the charges but the representative stated I don't have a case because the driver was there at the time of flight arrival. What a rip-off!. I feel the company is tricking naive travelers.
