“Selfish & Slow ”

I am despertaely trying to complete on my flat, and had to pay £288.00 to simarc for them to confirm to my conveyancer that I had paid my ground rent, as the buyers conveyancer would not accpet my screen shot confirming payment, and Simarc do not send receipts. They said that it would take up to 10 days to send the information over. guess what the 10 days are up, and my conveyancer has chased them this moring, and they have said that they will send the information over after 4pm, they are holding up the sale, and putting a lot of financial pressure on me, and making my life misreable. when I wrote to complain about the length of time they were taking to send the information, they asked me to send a further payment of £108.00, how to win friends and influence people. If anyone tells me they are buying a place with a Simarc leasehold - I will tell them not to bother.
