My car sustained windscreen, bonnet and dashboard damage as a result of an object hitting the front. The car was collected by Bennetts (Ayr branch) and assessed, parts authorised and a return date all agreed within 48 hours.
I was given a like-for-like courtesy car and regular updates on my repair. The car was then repaired and ready on time as agreed.
Due to a mix up with the Insurance Company not including a fog light in the repair schedule, I required a follow up visit to have this replaced. Also, while replacing the dashboard there was some slight damage caused to a piece of chrome trim around the stereo. The entire touchscreen unit was replaced by Bennetts as part of this follow up visit. The car was again repaired and returned to me within 24 hours, a courtesy car provided and regular updates given.
The quality of all the work carried out was to OEM standard and there is no evidence of any damage having ever been sustained.
Despite some of the negative reviews, I have had a positive experience and would have no hesitation in using or recommending Bennets for any future repairs.
