“Utterly useless DO NOT BUY CAR INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY”

When i called to make a claim with Privilege they didnt call me back after me chasing for 2 days. They told me i would have to wait 2 weeks for an engineer to come and look at my vehicle!!!! When i was promised a call at 7am i called them at 9am, 10am and 4:30pm. But no one was able to help me as they on 'training'

Ive never received a level of service like this. I am shocked. DO NOT BUY CAR INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY. They are an absolute JOKE
