“15 years loyalty”

Been with direct line 15 years 25000 later can honestly say hand on my heart they really don't give a damn about their customers only interested in money, I have found them dishonest greedy uncaring rude totally uninterested in protecting their customers only extracting as much money as possible. They are not going to last long in the industry if they carry on the way they are. My advice do not use them, you will regret it.
