I wish I could give this product a negative 5 because it freaked my hair and turned it into a crazy hot mess. I went from boring brown (which now seems awesome) to freaky strange pumpkin/tangerine color. Also, it burned. The "light golden brown" was clearly a LIE! Never use L'Oreal Paris Feria Shimmer Light Golden Brown 63. I called the help line before 6 pm, they were supposed to be open until 7 pm, and they weren't even there. Poor product. Do not buy this product unless you envy the locks of Carrot Top.
