“My order of a thetford Porta Potti”

I ordered the Thetford Porta Potti in order to use it when I went away and ordered it 4 weeks beforehand but it hadn't arrived after 14 days. Tried calling and left several messages but no one got back to me. Did get a reply to an email I sent saying that it would be with me in plenty of time fore I went away but sadly it did not. Communication was virtually non-existant and led me to believe that I had been tricked. It did arrive eventually but 4 weeks is far to long to wait for an order without being advised beforehand and will therefore not be using this company again.
