“happy but disappointed”

Hi,
I went to Panoramic Europe trip. Throughout the trip we enjoyed lot.
But, AC was not working in the Bus and temperatures in Germany and Brussels were too high. I have a kid, my kid could not sleep in the bus due to too hot. Team had to solve the problem. But they could not.

But the bus driver is too friendly and very nice person. Tour manager is also friendly, but too strict.
