“Damage to my car”

I broke down on my way to holiday towing a caravan. The breakdown driver suggested a garage to me in Leeds and a hire firm and said he would take me to pick up the hire vehicle to get me on my way again and then he would take my car to the garage. Everything fine until I went to pick up my car to be told the breakdown driver had damaged my car. £800s worth of damage. Britannia are refusing to pay and blaming the garage. They have just washed their hands of it and told me its my problem. As they recommended the garage, they should at least be assisting to get the matter dealt but no. They have told me I am on my own. Thank you Britannia. I am never trusting them again. They use agents and you never know how reliable the agents are. Different agents depending on where you are. Never again.
