“So good I had to share the secret!”

A well thoughout website, full of information and having the support of others and the Weight Loss Resource Team made the whole experience a joy. Loved creating my own recipes and the database was comprehensive and even if there was an exact ingredient it was easy to find an equivalent. It was so nice to use normal ingredients and not having to buy weird and wonderful foods you'd never heard of. I liked the fact you could eat whatever you liked and can't believe it was so easy to do, so much so I shared my secret with some of my friends and now they're losing too, RESULT!! It wasn't long after starting my journey did I realise I was eating enough for two people every day. Give it a go, what have you got to lose? A few quid out of pocket but it could just be the start of a better you! All the best.
