“Product doesn't work, terrible customer service”

I purchased PDF pro 10 and it worked just fine for quite a while. When my computer upgraded to windows 10, I started to have a lot of problems. A prompt would pop up and tell me to register the product that I had already paid for. I emailed customer service (there is no phone number) they had me back up and rolling in a few days and despite the lost time at work, all was well again. It happened again, a prompt told me that I need to register the product and that my trial period had run out. I emailed them again and it has now been two weeks without a single peep aside from the random email generator saying that they will get back with me in 1 to 2 business days. Don't expect the product to work for windows 10 after any kind of updates, no matter what they tell you, it will stop working and they will not help you to get it back online. I now pay monthly for Adobe. It costs more but you get what you pay for.
