I bought several items online directly from their website and they have been unable to fulfil the order. It's been an email merry-go-round with them. They have strung me along with lies about delays in the shipment, followed by confirmation that they have the items in stock - but when they are not delivered the items are magically delayed in shipment again. This has been going on for a month.
I have come to the conclusion that they do not have the items, even though they continue to advertise them on their website, and on Amazon and on Ebay. I believe they are holding onto my money for as long as they can. I have requested a refund but I don't feel confident about getting refunded.
I have discovered, via a search engine that there is a company that displays some of Linens Limited's company financial details based on their legally submitted 2015 returns. I'm no accountant but it all looks very unhealthy and to be avoided.
I wish I had seen the reviews on this website, and not the other one which I believed before making a purchase.
