I paid £45 extra for the TV to be set-up, i.e. connected to the internet and the other devices, blue-ray etc. TV, plus two guys, arrived as planned, then working at the speed of light, unpacked and connected the TV. I had bought 1 new cable as advised at the store, only now to be told that I should have bought 2, so that the blue-ray could also be connected. One of the 2 guys, the other did not speak English, advised that the old cables would not work! - so it wasn't set up.
I returned to the store, bought another cable, and set it up myself.
What a waste of money; nil chance of a refund!!
