The delivery company in Belgium DPD is really a problem for your image:
- they have a wrong address for delivery - not from me! And have failed to change the address already once
- their delivery schedule is 9 - 17:00 h - really this is 2016 a 2 or 3 hour window is now standard. Having to organise my life around your delivery company's inflexibility is not on
- their service personnel keep trying to put the blame on me... Like it's my fault that they can't deliver whenever they want???
It's now 3 weeks and I still don't have the products I bought from you. DPD claims they will deliver today... we shall see.
