I tried making a claim for a guitar and case which got damaged on a flight.
There is a list of things needed before a claim is started and you also have to make a claim within 24 hours. All paperwork must be received within 28 days as well. When i hadn't heard back from the insurers, I called them and was directed to page 12, column 2, point 7 of the policy which shows a list of "exclusions". The list was pretty extensive and among these, surprise surprise, was musical instruments. Therefore, I was told that my policy was not valid. I'm absolutely disgusted with this company. These reviews need to be posted on a wider forum as a quick google search shows that it has high ratings. no doubt false ratings posted by employees of the company under duress.
