I had Direc TV for the last 4 months. The first month it went okay and every month after that we have been continuously screwed over. They have sent numerous techs out and each one f up just as bad as the one they sent before. The original installer installed our dish so bad. They didn't even put concrete on the ground so the pole was moving 6 inches either way. It took them over 2 weeks to send the tech to fix that. And not even a week later it was screwed up again because the original tech f up the wiring so badly that they had to run all new wiring and then wouldn't even bury the line in the ground even though they are responsible for up to 20 ft of the line. They didn't even do that! Now they are still charging me for 3 months of service that I didn't even have. They offered to credit me for 10 days, 10 days REALLY? All I am saying is DO NOT waste your time with Directv. Their customer service is a joke. Do not waste your time or money!
