Good Points
Cheap, if they work for you then they are a bargain.
Bad Points
Unreliable in some printers, can waste a lot of ink by throwing out part-used carts.
Printer sometimes (not always) detects the cart as a compatible, and ask you to confirm use before each print job (very annoying).
General Comments
Used the Jet-Tec Compatible Cartridge for Epson Stylus in Epson R265.
Frequently had to change out half-used Jet Tec carts as the printer insisted they were empty. Never managed to release any extra-life.
I did find a technique for releasing the extra-life on the Jet Tec website, but it would have been nice if they could have put this on the blister pack as well.
Had free carts from Jet Tec to replace wasted ones - even sent one back to them for analysis as I'm not convinced the chip is working properly yet.
Try them before buying in bulk.
