Ordered imprinted pens, paint chipped off within 2 weeks. Called customer service and they made big promises, but were horrible at follow up (I had to continue to pursue them as they never would follow up) and instead of replacing the poor quality product, they would only offer a "discount" on future orders. Why would I consider placing another order with a company that doesn't stand behind their work? Don't waste your time, shop somewhere else...
