Good Points
Too many to list, but I shall try - Clean rooms, Clean Reception, Clean pool, Clean Restaurant and Clean Gardens. Overall clean, clean, clean. The most friendly, helpful and courteous staff we have ever come across.

Bad Points
Honestly we cant think of a single bad point.

General Comments
We were so disappointed that we had only booked for one week, but we are making up for that by going for two fortnight holidays this year, and next year our daughter is getting married in the Capo Bay hotel but we shall still be staying at the GOLDENSTAR.

Everything about this lovely friendly hotel just makes you want to come back time after time - I think we have found our Shangri-La.

The pool area is spotless and at the time of year we go (mid September) is not over crowded, the restaurant serves meals throughout the day and are excellent both in value and choice.

Try the Rising Star pub on a night and the bartender will make you more than welcome with one of his special cocktails.

So I can definitely recommend The Goldenstar to anyone and if you're there in September we'll have a drink!
