“Terrible service, false promises made”

Delivery was a nightmare, very slow. Chased daily, promised call backs - nothing. Alleged issue with the address, but nobody contacted me. Asked for evidence I was contacted, turns out I was not. Used live chat 5 times, each time told that "I will handle the case personally and update in 24 hours". Eventually, told the parcel was being returned to them for a refund by the courier, but it arrived next day. I returned this to them myself, still no refund!!!
